Excellent property for price and location and security, by God’s grace we will return again .🙏🏾 Positive: My husband’s first trip and he said wow as he entered. The rest of us who were returning settled in no issues. Looks EXACTLY like the pictures. We liked: Location, beach, Oistins, gym, airport, shops Security gates from main road, and external security grills/ the safe Privacy - bushes around veranda. … full curtains at windows and main door Spacious layout Off street parking Laundry area 2 Tiled showers Outside shower to wash off the excess sand before entering the property. Fabulous place, fabulous price, thank you… feels like home from home and secure. Negative: Everything was as I expected with improvement as I have been before. An air conditioning unit in the sitting room would be a massive hit as it’s the main place to congregate but can’t be cooled easily… door closed with fans is stifling … door open no fan if there is a breeze is lovely … but once up and out of air conditioned bedrooms we are generally out in the daytime. Possibly an extra pot or two required, although we only had breakfast/brunch at home so not a major either. Occasionally leaks from bath ?? Or toilet but it’s not consistent and has been worked on since last stay. Possibly require a second clothes line please.

I would definitely stay at this accommodation Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It is spacious, comfortable & situated within a lovely gated community. The property has a lot of potential & is definitely somewhere I would consider staying again. I would also happily stay within this community again if the opportunity arose. The team were responsive to any issues we raised during our stay (oven & fan wasn’t working) they worked to get them resolved. Overall, we had a lovely time and I would recommend the property to others looking for a comfortable stay in Barbados.

Positive: It was close to the beach. The manager is also very nice. Negative: There is no supermarkt in the neighbourhood

Positive: This is an amazing place to stay! It's very comfortable and the unit has everything a family might need for a week at the beach. There's a washing machine and clothes dryer (a real one not just some lines to dry clothes), dishwasher, modern fridge with ice machine, etc. The bedrooms all have AC plus ceiling fans and nice, comfy beds. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk to the shore line and just a few minutes drive to a gorgeous beach (Enterprise Beach). It's well situated to explore the island while being in a quieter, less touristy area. Just about perfect stay! Negative: Nothing - everything was perfect

We had an amazing stay and would definitely rebook this property Positive: The property was a great location, only a short walk to all amenities and bus. Great use of outside space, beds all comfortable, good range of kitchen appliances and utensils, brilliant value for money. Negative: We had a couple of very minor issues during our stay but property management resolved these very quickly and responded to all messages immediately.
